On Monday morning , April 4, 2011 commuters were disrupted from their normal driving routine in West Edmonton. Drivers were forced to go around around a large puddle on 184 St. near 111 Ave. The city is directing drivers to use 178 St. as another route to avoid major delays. The result of spring weather arising has people calling a local business that specializes in foundation repairs 50 times a day.Kevin Braddell, a worker with Abarent Construction directs homeowners to take the necessary measures like ensuring eaves troughs are free of ice and that downspouts are directed at least six feet away from the foundation. He also advises checking sump pumps to make sure they're working.
